The testing he carried out confirmed that the changes he made worked, and he clearly answered a query we had on the use of the system.Īs an ex Services Manager for a very large computer company I am very conscious of how service representatives reflect the company they work for, and I can confirm that your technician represented Kiwi Security in a very correct and professional manner and the problems was resolved very much to my satisfaction.
When asked a question he was able to explain what he was going to do, and what was required to happen, in a manner I easily understood, which was very pleasing to me.
